It all started in Lisbon, in the early days of the internet — when websites were handcrafted, dial-up was music, and digital felt like wild territory. Since then, I have been exploring that space where technology meets people — helping brands tell their story, build their communities, and grow their business in a fast-moving world.
From start-ups to global corporations, from underground festivals to boardrooms, I’ve learned one thing: Digital transformation isn’t about tools — it’s about connecting technology with humans in smarter, more meaningful ways.
My name is Luis Cardoso, a portuguese Marketeer currently living in Munich.
With over 30 years shaping digital marketing and communication across industries and continents, I help businesses navigate complexity, unlock growth, and stay ahead in an ever-changing digital world. From FMCG to Pharma, SaaS to Automotive, IT to Advertising — I have worked where innovation meets pressure. I’ve built brands, led teams, launched products, and crafted omnichannel strategies that deliver measurable impact.
My journey spans from founding a creative web and multimedia agency to leading digital innovation for global corporations like Heineken, Roche Pharma, Bristol Myers Squibb and AID (VW’s Autonomous Driving unit). Along the way, I’ve connected brands to people — in five languages, across multiple cultures, and always with curiosity at the core. Beyond corporate walls, I’ve co-produced a multimedia and arts festival, curated visual experiences, and led creative communities — because technology without culture is just noise.
Today, I help companies turn their challenges into clear strategies. I combine business goals with creativity, human insight with data, and cutting-edge AI tools with hands-on experience.
